If you cannot arrive before then, let us know and we can arrange early collection the following morning.
Collections outside of these hours must be arranged in advance.
🚫 Same-day collection is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

📦 SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all orders using trusted courier services, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.
Production times vary depending on the product and quantity ordered. Estimated lead times are shown on each product page, but may change during busy periods or for custom work.

Returns & Issues
Because most SLAPSTA products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns unless:
The item arrives damaged
There is a clear manufacturing error
The product does not match the approved specification
If there’s a problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll sort it quickly.

Do not stack heavy items on top of printed packaging or labels
Allow printed items to fully acclimatise before use in cold environments

Surface preparation and application conditions can affect performance

We ship worldwide, super-fast using DHL Express.
For UK domestic orders, we offer the following services at checkout:

The courier you select at checkout is the exact service we use to send your order once it has been produced and packed.

The delivery service you choose does not affect how quickly your order is produced.
Before shipping, most orders require processing time, which includes:

- Finishing
- Labelling
- Quality checks
Processing times are:

Once your order has completed processing:
- It will be dispatched using the shipping method you selected

- Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred
- High-resolution PNG or PSD files are also acceptable
- If artwork isn’t print-ready, we can fix it

Need a custom quantity or still need help?
what is the turnaround time?
Sticker bags are designed for speed. Depending on current order volume and stock levels, we can usually dispatch these bags same/next day. Larger orders (1000pcs+) can take 4-10 working days
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely. We ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately often cannot make updates after an order has been approved for print. These changes include removing or adding text and/or changing symbols, and also the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to let our Customer Service know as soon as possible.
What file types do you accept for artwork?
We recommend AI, PSD, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) for the best print quality.
Not sure if your file is ready? Send it over—we’re happy to check it for you before printing.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes! We provide a digital proof for approval before production begins, so you can review your design and request any final tweaks with confidence.
Can i Return custom items?
We do not currently offer return free for custom orders. We will only replace, refund or accept returns for products that are faulty, did not match our proofs, or are not up to our usual 'SLAPSTA' standard. You can contact your order representative to discuss any issues with your order on arrival.
