I can't find the design i need / I don't have the artwork to upload, what should i do? 

We can adapt / change any of our designs to fit any of our custom packaging, just leave a note with a link or screenshot the design you would like. We can also change the name, colours, symbols etc to your liking. Just let us know! We will check the artwork with you before print.

Are your prints waterproof?

Yes! All of our prints are water and weatherproof.

Are your mylar pouches smell-proof?

We cannot garantuee any products are 100% smell-proof. We recommend vacuum sealing the packaging if smell or odors will cause issues.

Most print and blank packaging orders placed before 12pm Midday local time will ship same day, subject to stock availability and order volume.

Orders placed after 12pm Midday will dispatch the following day.

Can i get the design work done myself and save money?

Yes! If you have the facilities to produce your own artwork, we can simply print your labels, or produce your packaging. Please check out our PRINT or CUSTOM PACKAGING sections for sizes, and to directly upload your artwork.

I have multiple products or strains, do i need to pay for designs for them all?

If you have multiple products or strains, the most cost effective way of dealing with this is to have a generic design (based around your idea or brand) then using a additional small label, or fill out the details with pen to differentiate between different products. We have a large selection of ready made strain stickers you can use, or you can apply a RX Style Label.

Another way of dealing with this is too have small variations e.g text change, colour change with your design. If additional payment is required, we will take into consideration the time required to make the changes.

If you require unique designs for each strain or product variation, we will need to price this accordingly on the work required. Please contact us for a custom quote.

I cant find the product or service i need, what should i do?

Our website is designed for speed and convenience and we appreciate some projects may require sizes or quantities not listed. Don't worry! Just get in touch and let us know what you need in as much detail as possible, and we will give you a price!

I already have my own designs and just want them printed?

Please check out our PRINT section for labels and stickers, or the CUSTOM PACKAGING section to turn your designs into packaging! Details of label sizes can be found on each product. You can upload the artwork directly on the product page. 

I can't find the strain design i need, what shall i do?

We can customise any of our pre-made stickers and labels to say whatever you want! Please leave a note in the cart before checkout detailing the changes you would like to make. If you can't find a design you would like to edit, we can always design you one from scratch with our MYLAR BAG DESIGN (One Side)

I need my own designs made up for my brand but don't know where to start?

Our DESIGN SERVICES section contains various different options in terms of logo design, different packaging and label designs,and more! Once the design is complete, we can move onto bringing it too life with custom packaging or print, or the design is yours to do with as you please!  

How will my order be sent?

Your order will be sent using the shipping option you select at checkout. We use DHL's signed and tracked courier service, or Royal Mail First Class Signed for, for labels, print and smaller orders.

Will i get a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent via e-mail once an order has been shipped. All orders made after 12pm Midday are processed and shipped next day regardless of shipping method. Example: If you place an order on Monday after 12pm, your order will ship Tuesday, which is the next business day.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Heavy or bulky items like glass jars and tins may be expensive to ship via air, but mylar bags and prints are very cheap to ship. And digital products (designs etc) can be sent across seas via email!

I don't want to pay up front, what if I don't like the design?

Our designers will work closely with you via your preferred contact method and your design will not be complete until you are happy!

Where are you based?

We are based in the Midlands, United Kingdom.

Is shipping discrete?

All items are shipped in blank boxes, and marked boxes are wrapped in black shrink wrap for your privacy. There is no mention of SLAPSTA on the outside of the package. Please ensure the name / company name you leave is not something you don't want the local postman to see as we will need to print this on the address label!
