Order Status & Turnaround Times

"Where is my order?"

Answer: You can check the progress of your order using the 'Track my Order' section from the main menu. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

"How long will my order take to arrive?"

Answer: Production times vary by product. Most custom-labeled packaging is produced within 2–4 days. Larger orders or complex custom designs may take longer. Delivery times depend on the courier chosen at checkout (DHL Express is the fastest).  

"Do you offer Rush Orders?"

Answer: Yes, we welcome rush orders. If you needed packaging "yesterday," please contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone to see if we can expedite your production.

Artwork & Design Services

"I don't have artwork; can you design it for me?"

Answer: Yes! We offer full design services ranging from simple logo placement to complex character illustration and 3D animation. You can purchase design packages directly from our "Design Services" page.  

"How do I upload my own artwork?"

Answer: You can upload your artwork directly on the product page when ordering. If you forget, you can email it to us after checkout.  

"What file formats do you accept?"

Answer: We prefer Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the best print quality. High-resolution PNG or PSD files are also acceptable. If your file isn't print-ready, our team can often fix it for you.  

"Will I see a proof before you print?"

Answer: Yes. If your order includes custom artwork, our team will send you a digital design proof for approval before production begins.

Shipping & Collection

"Do you ship internationally?"

Answer: Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.  

"Can I collect my order in person?"

Answer: Yes, we offer a "Click & Collect" service from our studio warehouse in Burton-on-Trent (Midlands, UK). Please wait for your "Ready to Collect" notification before visiting.  

"My package hasn't arrived; what should I do?"

Answer: Please allow 1-3 days from the estimated delivery date. If it still hasn't arrived, contact our customer service team with your order number.

Product Specifics

"Are your Mylar bags smell-proof?"

Answer: We cannot guarantee any product is 100% smell-proof, though our barrier bags are high quality. We recommend vacuum sealing your product inside the packaging if odor control is critical.

"Are your labels waterproof?"

Answer: Yes! All of our custom prints and labels are water and weatherproof.

"Do you sell unbranded/blank packaging?"

Answer: Yes, we have a "Blank Packaging" collection if you prefer to apply your own labels or keep things discreet. 1  

Payments & Returns

"What payment methods do you accept?"

Answer: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and various local payment methods like Klarna and iDEAL. We also accept cash for in-person consultations/collections.  

"What is your return policy?"

Answer: We generally do not accept returns on custom-printed goods unless they are defective. For stock items, you may return them at your own cost. Please verify all details on your design proof before approving it for print.

SLAPSTA stores all files offline, and does not share your information with 3rd parties. We understand the need for our customers' security and privacy.
