Track your SLAPSTA order
Every order goes through two separate stages. Knowing which one you are in explains where your parcel is.
1. Production
Labelled and ready-made packaging is normally produced in 1–4 working days. Direct-print custom packaging is produced at factory level and takes roughly 10–14 days. The delivery service you picked at checkout does not speed this stage up — it only controls how fast the parcel travels once it leaves us.
2. Delivery
As soon as your order is packed you will get a dispatch email with a tracking number. Delivery time starts from that email, not from the day you ordered.
Find your tracking number
- Check your email — search your inbox for “SLAPSTA”. The dispatch confirmation contains the tracking link. Check spam and Promotions too.
- Check your account — sign in here to see every order you have placed and its current status.
- Guest order? Use the “View your order” link at the bottom of your original order confirmation email.
Track with the carrier
Once you have your tracking number, enter it with the carrier shown on your dispatch email:
International orders
Orders outside the UK ship with DHL Express. Tracking updates can pause for a day or two while a parcel clears customs — this is normal. Any import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient.
Still stuck?
If your tracking has not moved for more than two working days, or you have not had a dispatch email when you expected one, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
