Straight answers
How many revisions do I get?
Every package includes revision rounds — from one on mockups up to four on Elite and Signature. Extra rounds are quoted before we start them, never after.
What formats do you deliver?
Every animation ships as 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 masters plus compressed versions ready for each platform. 4K delivery is available on Signature projects on request.
Can you animate my existing packaging?
Yes — send print files or physical samples and we rebuild them in 3D. If SLAPSTA printed your packaging, we already have the artwork.
When does the turnaround clock start?
Each package lists its turnaround on the card. The clock starts the moment the storyboard is approved, not when you first get in touch.
Who owns the finished files?
You do. Every package includes full commercial rights to the final renders, and source files are available on request.
