Our minimum order quantity for direct printed flower mylar bags is 1,000pcs per size.

For 1,000pcs and 2,500pcs orders, we usually use digital direct print. This is best if you want a smaller professional run without ordering 5,000pcs straight away.

For 5,000pcs and above, we use rotogravure printing, which gives the best print quality, better finish options and a lower cost per bag. This is the option we recommend for established brands, repeat product lines, multiple strain designs or anyone who wants the most premium finish.

If you need fewer than 1,000pcs, sticker mylar bags are usually the better option.

Standard direct print production is usually around 20–40 working days after proof approval, depending on quantity, finish, factory queue and shipping method. Superfast production may be available on request for an additional fee, but this depends on the product, artwork, current production queue and delivery deadline. If you need bags urgently, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is realistic. For very urgent or smaller orders, sticker bags may be the better option.

Sticker bags use a printed label applied to a stock mylar pouch. They are faster, cheaper at small quantities, and ideal for smaller drops, test runs or urgent orders.

Direct printed bags are manufactured with your artwork printed directly onto the pouch. This gives a cleaner, more professional retail finish because the print can cover the front, back and bottom gusset.

As a simple guide:

• Choose sticker bags for small orders, fast turnarounds or under 1,000pcs.
  
• Choose direct print from 1,000pcs upward.
  
• Choose rotogravure direct print from 5,000pcs upward for the best quality and best unit cost.
  

Direct print is the better long-term option if you want premium flower packaging that looks fully branded rather than labelled.

Yes. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof.

Your proof shows the artwork layout, front, back, bottom gusset, zipper position, seal area, size and finish placement where relevant.

Custom sizing may be available at no extra cost if the total surface area does not increase. Larger, wider, unusual or custom-shape bags may need a custom quote.

Custom shape / die-cut bags usually require a one-time tooling fee.

If your bags arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or do not match the approved production proof, contact us straight away with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution for the affected bags where applicable.

We cannot usually replace or refund bags for artwork mistakes that were approved on the final proof, so please check everything carefully before approving production. This includes spelling, sizes, colours, finish placement, QR codes, social handles and strain names.

For smaller direct print runs, you can choose finishes such as:

For 5,000pcs+ rotogravure orders, premium finishes are included as part of the multi-finish option. This can include gloss, matte, holographic, holographic prism, matte metallic, spot UV, spot gloss, soft touch matte, foil-style effects, double embossed details and other premium finish combinations.

At 5,000pcs+, the finish itself does not increase the price. The price mainly changes if you split the order across multiple designs.

Split designs let you divide one production run across multiple artworks of the same pouch size.

For example, instead of ordering 5,000pcs of one design, you could split the run across several strain designs, flavour designs or product lines.

Example:

• 5,000pcs total split across 5 designs = 1,000pcs of each design
  
• 10,000pcs total split across 10 designs = 1,000pcs of each design
  

This is ideal for flower brands with multiple strains. You get the benefit of bulk pricing while still having different artwork for each strain or product.

The available number of split designs depends on the quantity selected.

You can order with finished artwork, or you can request design support.

If you already have artwork, please upload the front, back and bottom gusset files if available. We will check your files before production and let you know if anything needs adjusting.

If you do not have artwork ready, we can help prepare the design for your bags. Free design support is available with custom direct print orders, but logo design or complex brand creation may be quoted separately if needed.

Every 1,000pcs ordered includes one free single-sided custom 1lb display bag.
