What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
If your order includes custom artwork, our team will contact you with design proofs before anything goes to print. Production only starts once you’ve approved everything.
Is my brand artwork kept private and secure?
Yes. Your artwork and brand files are treated as strictly confidential, stored securely offline on an encrypted drive,and are never reused, shared, or resold.
Your designs remain 100% yours.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production times vary by product and finish, but most custom labeled packaging is produced within 2–4 days.
Direct Print products take 7-14 working days, this is subject to order volume and delays.
Delivery times depend on your chosen courier, with DHL Express being the fastest option. Exact estimates are shown at checkout.
Can I click & collect my order?
Absolutely. We offer click & collect from our Burton-on-Trent studio warehouse in the Midlands, UK. Simply select SLAPSTA PICK UP POINT at checkout and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Can I visit SLAPSTA for a consultation or pay in cash?
Yes. You’re welcome to visit us for an in-person consultation to discuss your packaging, branding, or launch strategy.
We also accept cash payments in person if required — just contact us in advance to arrange your visit.
