Artwork Set Up

Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:

Size without bleed: 890mm x 890mm
Size with bleed: 950mm x 950mm
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
Format: PDF or JPEG
Colour: CMYK (RGB/Pantones will be converted during proofing)
Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
Bleed: 30mm
Safe Zone: 20mm on each side, 160mm on top and bottom
File size: In total 200MB maximum

VAT: If applicable, 20% is applied at the basket stage. 

Delivery: Included in price. Split delivery available for an additional cost. Please note, split delivery adds 1 working day onto your turnaround. 

Turnaround: Same Day Express artwork must be approved by 5:00pm. For all other turnarounds, artwork must be approved by 6:30pm to receive your order the expected delivery date.

*Please note artwork for manual proofing needs to be sent to Studio/uploaded by 5pm the latest to get a proof back on the same day.

Technical Specification

- A range of sizes and additional extensions are available to ensure a perfect fit for your business.

- There are three stock options to choose from:

- 110gsm UFabrik Flag Textile is a lightweight yet strong and breathable fabric that reduces wind resistance. It is printed and finished in-house using our state-of-the-art EFI VUTEk FabriVU 340i. This material is ideal for short-term use and is easy to transport.

- 230gsm Heavy Polyester Mesh is made from100% polyester fabric with uniform distribution of small holes to ensure a good ventilation rate. It is printed using our art EFI VUTEk FabriVU 340i and is B1 fire-rated.

- 440gsm Banner PVC  is printed using our VUTEk EFI Q3 printers. This heavy-duty PVC material is designed for long-term use, offering superior strength and resistance to all types of weather.

- Choose between a standard powder-coated black finish or opt for a premium stainless-steel.

- Each barrier graphic is finished in-house with durable, sewn hems (never taped) for maximum strength. Rust-resistant plastic eyelets are used on our standard barriers to ensure durability, even in the toughest British weather.

Collections: 10:00am – 6:00pm

We close at 5:00pm today
If you cannot arrive before then, let us know and we can arrange early collection the following morning.

Collections outside of these hours must be arranged in advance.

🚫 Same-day collection is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

📦 SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship all orders using trusted courier services, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

Production times vary depending on the product and quantity ordered. Estimated lead times are shown on each product page, but may change during busy periods or for custom work.

Returns & Issues

Because most SLAPSTA products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns unless:

The item arrives damaged

There is a clear manufacturing error

The product does not match the approved specification

If there’s a problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll sort it quickly.

To keep your printed products looking their best:

Store items in a cool, dry place

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat

Do not stack heavy items on top of printed packaging or labels

Allow printed items to fully acclimatise before use in cold environments

For labels and packaging:

Always test on a small batch first

Surface preparation and application conditions can affect performance

🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide, super-fast using DHL Express.

For UK domestic orders, we offer the following services at checkout:

  • DPD
  • Evri
  • DHL Express

The courier you select at checkout is the exact service we use to send your order once it has been produced and packed.

⏱️ Processing Times (Important)

The delivery service you choose does not affect how quickly your order is produced.

Before shipping, most orders require processing time, which includes:

  • Printing
  • Finishing
  • Labelling
  • Quality checks

Processing times are:

  • Clearly stated in the product description
  • Shown again at checkout

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Stock availability
  • Order volume
  • Customisation requirements
  • National or public holidays

📦 Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order has completed processing:

  • It will be dispatched using the shipping method you selected

Courier delivery times are estimates and are outside of our control once dispatched.

These edits are typically included.
However, complex design changes or structural layout alterations may incur an additional design fee. If this applies, we’ll always contact you first before proceeding.

📁 Supplying Artwork

You can upload your artwork when ordering or email it to us after checkout.

For best results:

  • Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred
  • High-resolution PNG or PSD files are also acceptable
  • If artwork isn’t print-ready, we can fix it

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely. We ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
